A 24-hour notice is requested to help us reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation within 6-hours of the treatment time will incur 20% cancellation fee. Full charge will be imposed for non-attendee. Late arrival of more than 15-minutes will automatically lessen the allotted treatment time or will result in the cancellation of treatment. In the event of prepaid services by the guests, fees are non-refundable / non-transferable.
