Our Resort is located in the Dubai Marina area in the heart of New Dubai. This extraordinary development will become the world's largest man-made marina when it is completed. Until such a time however, guests should be aware that several developments continue to take place in the area surrounding the resort as skyscrapers, residential towers, office complexes and shopping malls take shape around the waterfront. Working hours often occur around the clock and visual and/or audio disturbances can be experienced.
