Facilities
The Elixir Spa has 5 carefully designed multi purpose treatment rooms, 2 Nail Stations, Private Pedicure Room, Rasul Mud Chamber, Crystal Steam Fog, Moroccan Sauna and Experience Showers with variety of tropical, side, fresh and spike showers. A majestic Relaxation area is also available for Guests after their treatment experience. Unwind in the soothing surroundings with water falls, relaxing aromas, soft music and herbal teas.Opening Hours:

Cancellation Policy
Out of consideration for all our guests, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellation or rescheduling within this time will result in a 50% fee being charged. "No Show" appointments are charged at full price of treatments booked.
Arrival Time
Maximize your Elixir Spa experience by arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to detoxify in the Steam and Sauna, relax and complete your consultation form.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Spa accepts cash and all major credit cards. Hotel guests may charge spa services to their Hotel room account. Once paid it will be non-refundable and non-exchanged to any other services.
Confirmation Policy
For Non-Members, If the booking is done before three days time, a follow-up call is required to confirm the treatment and timing of the booking.
Valuables
We request that no jewelry to be worn during the visit to the spa. Elixir Spa and Health Club accepts no responsibility for safely of money and valuables of any kind brought into the Spa. Lockers are provided in the changing room. The Guest is responsible for their locker key whilst in the Spa area.
Age Restriction
The minimum age limit to use our spa facilities is 16 years. However, Teens treatments are available starting the age of 13 till the age of 17. Parents or Guardians must accompany the Teen Client for the booking and consultation.
Spa Boutique
Located at the ground floor in front of Gymnasium beside the Nail Bar, the Spa Boutique provides a range of different skin care for face and body plus some Signature Elixir Spa products and Souvenir items.
Appointments
Spa Receptionist and Therapists can help you decide which treatments would be more beneficial for you. Kindly notify our receptionist when booking if you have medical conditions, allergies or expected mother to be. Any information will be kept confidential.
Please be aware of making an appointment to book 24 hours in advance and 6 hours confirmation time to avoid disappointment on your arrival at Elixir Spa. Credit card details are required at time of booking to outside guest to guarantee your appointment. Please mention if you are redeeming a Gift Certificate
Dress Code
Your comfort is our priority; relaxation is best achieved by wearing comfortable light clothing. A locker with robes, towel, slippers, and disposable underwear will be provided. In respect of our custom kindly bring your swim wear if you wish to use the wet area.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment; it will lessen the effectiveness and importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all our clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled.
Gift Certificates
Treat a friend or loved one by giving them an experience they will never forget. Gift Certificates are available for use for any spa treatment, package or retail product. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of treatment. These vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of issue.
Elixir Health Questionnaire
A consultation card is to be filled and signed prior each treatment; It explains more about your Health and provides the Therapist with important information requested to offer you a better recommendation of Treatment and Retail product essential to your Journey.
Special Health Considerations
Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, are pregnant or have health conditions are advised to consult their Doctor prior to seeking spa services. Please inform your therapist of your medical condition or medications being taken as some services may not be suitable. We do not treat anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy.
House Rules
Out of consideration for others, please do not use mobile phones along the spa area. To complete the relaxation of others. A medium tone of the voice is highly appreciated to complete the spa experience.
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa is strictly prohibited. The consumption of alcohol is not recommended before, during or directly after any spa treatments.
Although most Spa treatments are unisex, please note the gender of the Therapist will be that of the Guest.
